REAL Southern Racing

You remember how they taught us in school that the weather in the southern hemisphere (Is that an official place? Really? OK.). Southern Hemisphere is the exact opposite of ours up here north of the equator (and that’s not an official place?). Something to do with how the Earth tilts. So right now, while we freeze and rebuild engines, they’re racing.
They have to be. If this is their summer, then it’s racing season! I mean, where do you think the Fittipaldi brothers came from?
So why don’t we see any of it on TV? Are they on anywhere, I mean in the U. S.? I bet there’s some great racing down there. I mean, where do you think the Fittipaldi brothers came from? And I’m not just talking road racing. They have ovals down there, dirt and paved, I believe.  It is America, after all, even if it’s South. That should be good (unless you can be from TOO south).
And they gotta have moto-cross. No wait. That came from Europe.
I never thought about all this before. I guess I gotta check it out. Not that I’m going anywhere.
    Oh, Brazil.
